ConnectPro lights are designed for year-round permanent outdoor use and are certified with a durable IP65 rating. This means the system is fully protected against dust ingress and resistant to powerful water jets, offering reliable performance and safety against the challenging British weather without needing to be taken down.

You can extend the ConnectPro 240V system up to a maximum of 950 metres of cable or 7,600 LEDs from a single UK plug socket, whichever limit you reach first. This exceptional capacity is what makes ConnectPro ideal for large commercial displays, long driveways, extensive garden lighting schemes, and major event installations.

ConnectPro lights use a robust, thick-gauge rubber cable. This material is far superior to standard PVC for permanent outdoor installations as it remains flexible in extremely low temperatures, is less prone to cracking or brittleness, and offers enhanced durability against UV exposure and physical abrasion.

All ConnectPro components use high-quality, ultra-low energy LED bulbs. While the specific wattage depends on the light style and length, the overall system is designed to be highly energy-efficient, allowing you to run vast lengths of light (up to 7,600 LEDs) for an extended period without a significant impact on your energy consumption.

Absolutely. The ConnectPro system is fully modular, meaning you can seamlessly join any ConnectPro product type, including string lights, icicle lights, and cluster lights, on the same circuit, provided you do not exceed the total system limits of 7,600 LEDs or 950 metres.

You require three essential components to start: 1) a ConnectPro Power Cable/Plug to supply power, 2) your chosen ConnectPro Light Set (e.g., string lights, icicles), and 3) an Extension Cable (if the distance between the plug and the first light set is too far). All light sets and accessories simply click and screw together.

Anyone can use ConnectPro® lights! We advise that they are commercial quality, but we sell directly to consumers as well as to businesses.

No. ConnectPro® lights and accessories, including the starter cable, can't be used with any other lights or lighting systems.
