Any business looking for quality decorative or commercial lighting is welcome to apply. We work with hotels, restaurants, wedding venues, event organisers, installers, retailers and many other businesses looking to enhance their spaces with lighting.

Your account gives you access to exclusive business trade pricing, our extensive lighting range and expert product advice. You can also benefit from free bespoke lighting plans and advice, support with larger projects and convenient delivery options.

Yes! Once your business trade account is approved you will be able to log in to view your personalised business trade prices.

There is no minimum order value. You can order according to your business needs. Whether you need a few products or lighting for a large installation our team is here to help.

Our business team reviews applications during normal business working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. We aim to get your account approved within 15 minutes of your application being received during office hours. Applications received after 4.30pm or over the weekend will be reviewed on the next working day (taking into consideration bank holidays).

Applications received outside of normal business hours will be reviewed when our business team next resumes business. Applications received after 5pm on a Friday will be reviewed on a Monday Morning (Taking into consideration bank holidays)

Yes! When you apply for a Festive Lights Business Trade Account you will be automatically registered for a 10% Business Trade Discount. Our business team will then review your registration and if approved you may benefit from a larger ongoing discount. (Registrations are only approved during normal business working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm)

Absolutely! Our experienced Business Team can recommend suitable product for your spaces, budgets and requirements. We can also offer free bespoke lighting plans to help you visualise and plan your project from hospitality setting to large seasonal displays (pictures and measurements are required for us to offer this service)

Definitely! If you are planning a large order, installation or commercial lighting project our business team can discuss your requirements and provide a tailored quotation. Get in touch with details of your project, quantities and timescales we will be happy to help.

A 30-day credit account are available subject to Statues. We also offer a buy now pay later option and pay in 3 option this is provided by an external company called IWOCA Pay and credit limits are subject to status. Contact our Business Team for more details.

Absolutely! We value long term business relationships and want to help your business grow with Festive Lights. As your orders increase or you have ongoing lighting requirements you can speak to our expert Business Team about your needs. We’ll be happy to discuss your requirements and explore the pricing options available to you.

We offer a range of delivery options including next day delivery, next day by noon service subject to product availability. If you are ordering rope lighting you will need to order before 12.30pm for next day delivery, all other products in the Festive Lighting range will need to be ordered by 3pm for next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday can be delivered on Saturday if this choice is made during the order prosses. For larger orders please contact the business team and they will provide a tailored shipping quotation. (all the above is for UK mainland only Highland and Islands my vary)

Yes! We offer free bespoke lighting plans to help you bring your ideas to life. Whether you’re lighting a hotel, restaurant wedding venue, retail space, seasonal lighting trail or outdoor area our team can recommend suitable products and help you plan your display. Photos, measurements and details of your ideas are always useful.
