We offer a number of different delivery options for UK addresses. All of the information that you should need is contained within this page. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

*Next day and Saturday delivery services are available to all but the following postcodes: AB 30-35, 36-38, 41-54, 55-56, BT, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH15-99, PH15-32, TR21-25, ZE1-3, IM, IV, JE, GY. Whilst next day delivery is successful on the majority of occasions, exceptional circumstances can occur whereby the parcel is not delivered on time. If you are concerned about your delivery, you can always contact us.
Please note for all next day options you must order before 3:30pm** to qualify for next-day delivery and this is delivered by courier. Please note: This is next working day if ordered on a working day i.e. orders on Friday will be delivered on Monday, but orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will only be delivered on Tuesday.
Other than during our peak season (dates vary slightly each year, but generally mid-November to mid-December), orders are not dispatched on Saturday or Sunday, so if you place an order on a Saturday, this will not be dispatched until Monday.
**Cut to length rope light must be ordered before 12pm in order to qualify for next day delivery. This is to give us time to cut and prepare the order.

Delivery prices quoted do not apply to any oversized items. The delivery cost for these items is usually calculated automatically in the basket though on occasions we may have to obtain a separate quote.
EU Delivery Prices and Information
We provide delivery services to countries across Europe and work hard to provide the best delivery rates possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
To check if we ship to your desired destination, select the 'shipping to' dropdown menu in the top right of the screen. On a mobile phone this can be found within the 'burger menu' towards the bottom.
We've provided a few example prices for some of our most popular destinations below, but accurate delivery costs will be calculated and displayed in the checkout for all shipping countries. There will not be any hidden costs as we send all of our parcels DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) and any additional charges are always displayed at the checkout. This means that you will not be subject to any additional customs charges at all once you've placed your order.
Please note that it may not be possible to ship all of our items overseas, so certain (usually oversized) items may be prohibited at the checkout.
